- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 lbs. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) box egg noodles

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles till tender. While noodles are cooking, cook bell pepper and onion in butter till tender. Add in grnd beef. Cook till done. Add in all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese. Simmer 10 min. When noodles are done, mix with sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake till cheese melts. Serves 4-6.
