Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb beef for stew; 3 med potatoes; 2 med onions; 2 x green peppers; 1 can petite peas; 1 can sliced mushrooms; 1 bot French dressing - (8 ounce); 1/2 c. wine

Ингредиенты

1Â 1/2 lb beef for stew
3 med potatoes
2 med onions
2 x green peppers
1 can petite peas
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 bot French dressing - (8 ounce)
1/2 c. wine

Инструкции

Put beef in crock pot, cut up potatoes, onions and green peppers and put them in. Pour French dressing in. Pour wine into French dressing bottle and shake well, then pour into crock pot. Cook on LOW setting for 8 hrs.
About 30 min before serving, put in peas and mushrooms which have been liquid removed of water.
