- 220ml of Oats
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup of Vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
- pinch of Salt
- Coconut oil
Инструкции
- Blend oats in the blender and mix it with coconut flour. Pour some baking powder and mix it again.
- In the other bowl, mix room temperature eggs, pour milk, vanilla, salt.
- Slowly pour the egg into a flour, stir constantly. After making a dough, leave it to rest for 5 minutes.Tthe consistency of the dough should be similar to the cake, and if it gets too hard, add some more vegetable milk.
- Heat the frying pan with coconut oil and make small pancakes. Bake both sides for a few minutes, be careful when you flip it, they are very fragile. You will get the size that you make because these pancakes do not expand while baking.
- Decorate pancakes with bananas and honey.
