- 1/2 tsp pepper-seasoned salt
- 6 x new potatoes - (to 8) cut into fourths
- 1Â 1/2 c. baby-cut carrots
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, basil,
- Â Â and oregano - (14 1/2 ounce), undrained
- 1 jar home-style beef gravy - (12 ounce)
- Â Â Minced fresh parsley if you like

- Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt. Cook in skillet 6 to 8 min, turning once, till browned.
- Layer potatoes, carrots, beef, and onion in 4- to 5-qt slow cooker. Mix tomatoes and gravy; spoon over mix in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till beef and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
