- 2 c. Shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1/2 lb Shrimp -- shelled & deveined
- 1 med Onion -- sliced
- 1 x Sweet red pepper -- sliced
- 1 x Cucumber -- pared and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Â Â Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Oil

- 1. Wash and slice all ingredients, as needed.
- 2. Place oil in wok, add in shrimp and onion, stir fry 2 or possibly 3 min till shrimp turn white. Add in sliced cucumber, soya sauce, sugar.
- Stir, cover wok, cook 3 min, lifting cover once to stir ingredients.
- Lift cover up, add in red pepper and salt, to taste. Cover wok. Cook everything 2 more min. Stir everything well.
- NOTE: Chicken can be substituted for shrimp.
