- 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. scallions chopped
- 5 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1 x lemon juiced and zested
- 1Â 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 x lemon cut into wedges

- In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and saute/fry scallions and garlic. Add in shrimp, lemon juice and wine. Cook till shrimp turns pink. Add in parsley, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Stir. Serve over rice or possibly pasta. Garnish with lemon wedges.
