- 2 c. chili sauce
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. India relish
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 hard-boiled egg, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, together and chill. When ready to serve, arrange shrimp on lettuce beds. Spoon chilled sauce over the top. Serves 6.
