- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 c. Natrel Lactose Free Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Â Â Seafood Mix
- 2 Tbsp. lactose free margarine
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 c. sliced mushroom
- 4Â 1/2 c. cooked seafood, (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crabmeat)
- Â Â cooked rice or possibly pasta

- Heat margarine in medium saucepan. Add in flour, salt and paprika, stirring till smooth. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat till mix comes to a boil and is thickened. Add in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
- Seafood Mix:COOK onions and mushrooms in margarine in large saucepan till tender. Add in seafood and sauce. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or possibly pasta.
- Keep this in mind for your next dinner party.
- Tip:A nice combination of seafood is 1 lb (500 g) each scallops and shrimp and 1 (120 g) can crabmeat.
