Ингредиенты

  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 c. Natrel Lactose Free Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  •     Seafood Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. lactose free margarine
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. sliced mushroom
  • 4 1/2 c. cooked seafood, (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crabmeat)
  •     cooked rice or possibly pasta

Инструкции

  1. Heat margarine in medium saucepan. Add in flour, salt and paprika, stirring till smooth. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat till mix comes to a boil and is thickened. Add in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  2. Seafood Mix:COOK onions and mushrooms in margarine in large saucepan till tender. Add in seafood and sauce. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or possibly pasta.
  3. Keep this in mind for your next dinner party.
  4. Tip:A nice combination of seafood is 1 lb (500 g) each scallops and shrimp and 1 (120 g) can crabmeat.
