- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 sm Onion, sliced
- 1 can Cream of broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 4 med Potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 3 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Â Â Fresh parsley, for garnish

- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat heat margarine. Saute/fry onion till tender.
- 2. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
- 3. Add in pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 min or possibly till warm.
- 4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
