Scalloped Potatoes With Cheddar Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 4 med Potatoes, cooked and sliced
  • 3 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  •     Fresh parsley, for garnish

Инструкции

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat heat margarine. Saute/fry onion till tender.
  2. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
  3. Add in pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 min or possibly till warm.
  4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
