- 2 Packages chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pound pork sausage patties
- 4 c. minced celery
- 1 minced green pepper
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 c. quick rice
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, canned
Инструкции
- Mix chicken noodle soup mix and boiling water together. Cook together 10 min; set aside to cold. Fry sausage till brown and break into pcs. Add in onion, celery, peppers and cook till clear (not mushy) over low heat, drain off excess grease.
- Combine soup and sausage mix. Add in 1 c. of rice (uncooked) and the mushrooms plus liquid and almonds. Moisten mix well with water. I use at least 2 c.. Put mix in a 9"x13" greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
