- 4 pcs of bread or possibly 2 c. croutons
- 8-12 link sausages (Brown & Serve)
- 6 Large eggs or possibly egg substitute
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Инструкции
- Break bread into small pcs in buttered casserole dish. Cook sausage, cut up and mix with bread. Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard and cheese. Pour over bread and sausage. Chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
- Serves 8.
- Variation: use 1 1/2 c. ham (cubed).
