- 2 lb Bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 med Onion, coarsely minced
- 2 lb Cabbage, cored and cut into 1-inch pcs
- 16 ounce Can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Cool water

- 1. Crumble sausage into a deep, 3-qt, heat-resistant, non- metallic casserole and add in onion.
- 2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 min or possibly till sausage is cooked and onion is tender. Stir freequently. Drain off excess fat.
- 3. Add in cabbage, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- 4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 8 to 10 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
- 5. In a small c. mix flour and water till smooth.
- 6. Gradually stir flour mix into sausage mix.
- 7. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min, stirring frequently till thickened.
