Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Bulk breakfast sausage
  • 1 med Onion, coarsely minced
  • 2 lb Cabbage, cored and cut into 1-inch pcs
  • 16 ounce Can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Cool water

  1. Crumble sausage into a deep, 3-qt, heat-resistant, non- metallic casserole and add in onion.
  2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 min or possibly till sausage is cooked and onion is tender. Stir freequently. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add in cabbage, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 8 to 10 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
  5. In a small c. mix flour and water till smooth.
  6. Gradually stir flour mix into sausage mix.
  7. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min, stirring frequently till thickened.
