- 1 can Sardines in extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Anchovies
- 1 lrg Tomato
- 12 x Pitted green olives

- Lightly toast the bread and puree the tomato. Rub the bread with the tomato and arrange a sardine lengthwise on each piece. Lay two anchovy fillets across each sardine and decorate with split olives.
