- 1 pound beef chuck steak, 1" thick
- 1/2 c. med. salsa
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 T hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

- Put together salsa, lime juice, hoisin sauce and ginger. Place steak in plastic bag. Add in marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely or possibly cover dish and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hrs or possibly overnight, turning at least once. Pour off marinade; reserve. Broil steak on grid over medium coals, turning once. Broil 14 min for rare, 20 min for medium. Care steak into thin slices. Serves 4.
