- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 1/2 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 - 2/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 5 c. cooked rice
- 2 to 4 salmon steaks
- 2 slices of lemon or possibly 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onion, celery, and bell pepper in the butter. Add in salt, ginger, turmeric, pepper, tomatoes, and water; bring to boil. Cover. Simmer for 20 min at medium heat. Season and broil salmon till done. Heat peanut butter till it's melted and add in to mix. Place salmon on bed of rice. Squeeze lemon juice on salmon and cover with stew and serve.
