- 1 x Lettuce, Boston, head
- 1/4 c. Sprouts, fresh
- 1 med Apple, peeled, cored, sliced
- 1/4 c. Walnuts
- 2 med Tomatoes
- 8 x Olives
- 2 x Anchovies
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard, Dijon
- 2 x Garlic, cloves, chopped
- Â Â Salt (to taste)
- Â Â Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar, wine, red
- 6 Tbsp. Oil, olive (or possibly more)
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
Инструкции
- Arrange the lettuce in a bowl with the sprouts, apples, tomatoes, and olives.
- Mash the anchovies to a paste with the salt.
- Heat a skillet very warm and add in the paste. Stir for 30 seconds and put the paste in a hot bowl.
- Add in the garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar. Beat to blend.
- Add in parsley. Drizzle oil in slowly to create a smooth sauce.
- Pour over the salad.
