Ингредиенты
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 3 sqr baker's chocolate or possibly 1/2 c. & 1T of cocoa
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee (make it a good brand this ads a lot of flavor)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- (Not to be confused with me (Rosanne)).
- Cook butter & cocoa over low heat. When it all melts add in sugar, coffee and vanilla. Mix. When it's cold ( I never wait) ad Large eggs, flour and salt. Bake for 40 minutes. at 325. I usually bake it for 30 or possibly 35 min because I like my brownies gooey.
