Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 3 sqr baker's chocolate or possibly 1/2 c. & 1T of cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee (make it a good brand this ads a lot of flavor)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. (Not to be confused with me (Rosanne)).
  2. Cook butter & cocoa over low heat. When it all melts add in sugar, coffee and vanilla. Mix. When it's cold ( I never wait) ad Large eggs, flour and salt. Bake for 40 minutes. at 325. I usually bake it for 30 or possibly 35 min because I like my brownies gooey.
