Ингредиенты
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 2 tsp Minced ginger
- 2 c. Cooked rice
- 1/3 c. Diced fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 2 tsp Curry
- Â Â Salt and cracked black pepper
- 4 whl roasted red or possibly yellow peppers
- Â Â Stuffing mix
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

- Heat a saute/fry pan with extra virgin olive oil till very warm. Add in garlic, onion, and ginger and saute/fry till you can smell the aroma. Add in rice and toss. Remove from the heat. Add in cheese, cream, curry, and black pepper. Mix well and cold before stuffing.
- To Assemble:Peel pepper carefully to keep them whole. Cut off the tops and remove seeds. Stuff each of the peppers with about a 1/2 c. of stuffing. Place on a sheet pan greased with 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 375 degree oven for about 20-25 min. Serve warm!
