- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4-5 c. flour (sufficient to make hard
- 1 c. solid can pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- preheat oven to 350
Инструкции
- Combine first 5 ingredients to a creamy mix add in pumpkin and set aside. Mix dry ingredients together and slowly mix the creamy and the dry ingredients together. Add in buttermilk and mix.
- Add in more flour if necessary. Batter should be hard sufficient to hold a peak.
- Drop by spoon fulls and bake on cookie sheet 12 to 15 min.
