1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. buttermilk 4-5 c. flour (sufficient to make hard 1 c. solid can pumpkin 2 Tbsp. cinnamon preheat oven to 350

Инструкции

1. Combine first 5 ingredients to a creamy mix add in pumpkin and set aside. Mix dry ingredients together and slowly mix the creamy and the dry ingredients together. Add in buttermilk and mix.
2. Add in more flour if necessary. Batter should be hard sufficient to hold a peak.
3. Drop by spoon fulls and bake on cookie sheet 12 to 15 min.
