Рецепт Post-Bikram Mango Delight
I made this yesterday for breakfast after a very intensive Bikram session. The delicious ripe mango, coconut and nuts with the fresh hint of mint was so cooling and satisfying. I think I'll be eating this fairly regularly over the Summer!
Ингредиенты
- 1 Mango cubed (munch on the stone - don't waste a thing!)
- 1/3 cup of natural yoghurt
- 2-3 tbsp coconut milk or cream
- 2 brazil nuts
- 3-4 walnuts
- 6-7 almonds
- Shredded coconut
- Mint
Инструкции
- Place the mango in a bowl. Dolop on the yoghurt and coconut milk (or cream). Sprinkle over chopped up nuts, mint and coconut.
- Sit in the sunshine and eat happily!
