- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 c. dry crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce

- Mix above. Place 4 strips of bacon on a piece of waxed paper 12 x 15 inches close together. Spread above mix over bacon to create a rectangle.
- Mix 1 lb. can of liquid removed sauerkraut with 1/4 c. minced onion and 1/2 tsp. caraway seed. Spread over meat mix and roll like a jelly roll. Fasten bacon with toothpicks. Place in a bread pan or possibly glass cake pan 6 x 10 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
