Ингредиенты
- 2 lrg ripe tomatoes
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. lard
- 1/2 c. choped onion
- 4 x fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 2 c. shredded cooked pork
Инструкции
- Broil tomatoes till charred on all sides; cold. Place in blender container with garlic and salt; blend till smooth. Heat lard in heavy 10-inch skillet. Add in onion; saute/fry till tender. Add in tomato puree and chilies. Continue cooking over medium heat about 5 min.
- Add in pork; continue cooking over medium heat 8 to 10 min or possibly till mix is thick.
- Makes about 2 1/2 c. pork filling.
