- 6 tbsp. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 pound veal, 1" cubes
- 3/4 pound pork, 1" cubes
- 1 pound sauerkraut
- 1 wine glass sauterne wine
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed

- Saute/fry the onions in butter till golden brown. Add in the meat and brown lightly. Add in the sauerkraut and wine. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add in lowfat sour cream and caraway seed. Simmer 30 min longer. Serves 4.
