- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries
- 1 c. strawberry ice cream

- In blender container combine gelatin and boiling water. Cover, blend at high speed till gelatin is dissolved, about 20 seconds. Cut frzn strawberries in half. Allow half to thaw for topping. Add in remaining strawberries to gelatin; blend till nearly smooth. Add in strawberry ice cream, a spoonful at a time, blending till smooth after each addition. Pour mix into 4 parfait or possibly dessert dishes. Chill. Before serving, garnish with remaining strawberries. Recipe can be doubled and topped with Cold Whip or possibly other whipped topping.
