Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. sweet butter
- 5 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Dash salt
Инструкции
- 1. Cream butter and shortening till smooth and well blended.
- 2. Add in egg. Stir to blend.
- 3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix till well blended. Don't over mix.
- 4. Pat dough into 13x9 inch jelly roll pan. Prick with a fork.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 min.
- 6. Meanwhile, prepare filling in a saucepan. Combine butter, brown sugar. Add in granulated sugar and honey. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min without stirring.
- 7. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans, add in whipping cream.
- 8. Spread filling over prebaked pastry.
- 9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min till dough is done and filling is lightly brown on top.
- 10. Cut in squares to serve.
