- Cream butter and shortening till smooth and well blended.
- Add in egg. Stir to blend.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix till well blended. Don't over mix.
- Pat dough into 13x9 inch jelly roll pan. Prick with a fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare filling in a saucepan. Combine butter, brown sugar. Add in granulated sugar and honey. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min without stirring.
- Remove from heat. Stir in pecans, add in whipping cream.
- Spread filling over prebaked pastry.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min till dough is done and filling is lightly brown on top.
- Cut in squares to serve.
