- 4 lrg Pears
- Â Â Lemon juice

- Blend cream cheese and raspberry liqueur. Slice pears in halves lengthwise.
- Hollow out centers with tsp. or possibly melon baller. Dip or possibly brush pears in lemon juice to prevent browning. Spoon cream cheese into pear centers and sprinkle with pistachio nuts. Garnish with mint leaves.
