- 1/3 c. Butter softened
- 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1Â 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Grape jelly
- Â Â plus 1 1/2 Tbsp.
- Â Â or possibly your kid's favorite jelly

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Butter and peanut butter at medium speed till fluffy. Slowly add in sugar. Beat well. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour and soda. Stir well. Slowly add in flour mix to butter mix. Blend well.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern using a fork. Bake till lightly browned, about 8-10 min. Cold completely on wire racks.
- Place 1 tsp. jelly on bottom of half of cookies. Top with remaining cookies.
