- 1/8 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 med Garlc cloves, chopped
- 1/2 lb Chicken breast halves without skin, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips
- 1Â 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
- 3/4 c. Sun-dry tomatoes, oil-packed, liquid removed and minced
- 8 ounce Canned tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 c. White wine
- 12 ounce Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 4 c. Bow tie pasta, cooked

- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute/fry the garlic for about 1 minute till golden brown, stirring constantly. Add in the chicken strips and saute/fry till white and almost completely cooked. Add in the broccoli and saute/fry till crisp-tender, then add in sun-dry tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add in the wine, then add in the broth and margarine.
- Cook for about 3-5 min, or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Toss the freshly cooked bow-tie pasta with the chicken mix. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
