Ingredients: 1 c. minced broccoli; 1/3 c. minced onion; 2 x cloves garlic, finely minced; 1 x carrot, cut into very thin; strips; 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 2 c. cut-up cooked chicken; Or possibly turkey; 1 tsp salt; 2 med tomatoes, minced; 4 c. warm cooked shell or possibly; cartwheel macaroni; 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese; 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley

1 c. minced broccoli

2 med tomatoes, minced
4 c. warm cooked shell or possibly
Â Â cartwheel macaroni
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Инструкции

Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat till broccoli is crisp-tender, about 10 min. Stir in chicken, salt and tomatoes; heat just till chicken is warm, about 3 min.
Spoon over macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
