  2. Add in long bean, tomatoes and papaya, lb. lightly, about 4-5 times.
  3. Add in sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, tamarind sauce and stir together.
  4. Taste and season as desired.
  5. Serve on cabbage leaves and garnish with roasted peanuts.
