Name: Oven Baked Drumsticks
Ingredients: 30 x drumsticks; 4 c. fresh breadcrumbs; 2 c. grated parmesan cheese; 1 c. minced fresh parsely; 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr; 2 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika; 1 Tbsp. salt; 2 tsp pepper; 150 gm butter; 1 c. mild mustard

Ингредиенты

30 x drumsticks
4 c. fresh breadcrumbs
2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. minced fresh parsely
2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
2 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp pepper
150 gm butter
1 c. mild mustard

Инструкции

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl together. Heat the butter and whisk in the mustard till smooth. Lightly coat each drumstick with the butter mix then dip into the breadcrumb mix. Place them on oiled oven trays and bake at 190c. for 1 hour.
