50 chicken pieces
2 Tbsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp celery powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 Tbsp sage
1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
3/4 cups soy sauce

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 325 F.
Thoroughly rinse chicken using cold water and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over chicken.
Refrigerate chicken and seasonings for 1-3 hours. turning chicken in sauce every half hour.
Bake chicken and sauce 1 1/2 - 2 houres or until tender - basting chicken about every half hour with the sauce in the pan.
