Рецепт Onion Dill Bread

• 1 pkt yeast
• 3 1/3 c. bread flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda (or possibly 1/2 tsp)
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 x unbeaten egg (room temp)
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 3 Tbsp. chopped dry onion
• 2 Tbsp. dill seed or possibly weed (I use one Tbsp.. of each)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter Mix - hot and add in:
• 1/4 c. water
• 3/4 c. cottage cheese
• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
