- 1/2 c. Butter melted
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla or possibly almond extract
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr

- Heat butter and add in brown sugar; dissolve well. Add in egg and vanilla.
- Beat well. Add in lowfat milk, flour, salt,and baking pwdr. Mix and drop by tsp.-full onto a greased cookie sheet one inch apart. Bake 8 min or possibly till light brown at 375 .
