- 2 sm Onions, peeled & diced
- 3 med Carrots, peeled & diced
- 4 ounce Bacon, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Amberg's Sur-Lie Chardonnay
- 10 ounce Heluva Good Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Â Â Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Инструкции
- Cook bacon in butter till light brown. Add in onions and carrots and saute/fry for a few min. Stir in flour and cook for 2 min, stirring continuously. Add in broth, lowfat milk and Chardonnay. Simmer for 10 min. Add in cheese and season to taste.
