Name: Oatmeal Snickerdoodles
Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine; Vanilla extract; 3/4 c. Granulated sugar; 3/4 c. Light brown sugar firmly; Packed; 2 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 c. Oatmeal old fashioned, or possibly; Quick cooking oatmeal; 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar; 2 tsp Cinnamon

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
Â Â Vanilla extract
3/4 c. Granulated sugar
3/4 c. Light brown sugar firmly
Â Â Packed
2 x Large eggs
1Â 1/2 c. Oatmeal old fashioned, or possibly
Â Â Quick cooking oatmeal
2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients well about 5 min. Place by rounded tsp. 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. For topping, mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle with a tsp. over the cookies. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min. Cold.
