- 2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Oat bran
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Egg white
- 2 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Raisins

- Combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, all-purpose flour, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl; set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg white, yogurt, honey and oil. Add in yogurt mix to dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in raisins.
- Lightly spray muffin pans with oil spray. Pour mix into pans, filling each c. 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 22 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean.
