- 1 lb Egg noodles, medium
- 1/2 lb Cottage cheese
- 1/4 lb Melted butter
- 16 ounce Crushed pineapple and juice
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Millk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Raisins

- Boil noodles in salted water for 10 min. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Beat Large eggs; add in other ingredients and blen with noodles. Bake in a well greased pan, sprinkled with matzo meal to prevent sticking, for 1 hour in 350 F oven. Use large oblong cake pan, approximately 3 inches deep. Cut pudding into squares; serve warm or possibly cool.
