Name: No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce.) softened; 1 pkt cream cheese (3 ounce.) softened; 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine softened; 2 c. frzn whipped topping thaw; 1 pkt graham cracker crust (I used a 9" crust) crust)

Ингредиенты

1Â 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce.) softened
1 pkt cream cheese (3 ounce.) softened
1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
2 c. frzn whipped topping thaw
1 pkt graham cracker crust (I used a 9" crust) crust)

Инструкции

In a small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips. Microwave at high 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. or possibly till chips are melted and mix is smooth when stirred. Set aside to cold. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter till smooth. On low speed blend in melted chocolate. Mix in whipped topping till blended; spoon cheese mix into crust. Cover; refrigeratetill hard. You can garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
NOTES : For all you chocolate lovers out there, this one is for YOU...excuse me....US. I don't know who to give credit to on this one, but it is oh so good!
