- 3 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Oil, vegetable
- 1 c. Water
- 2 x Chilies, red, warm, chop fine
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, brown
- 1/2 tsp Shrimp paste (Kapi)
- 1 c. Peanut butter, smooth
- 1 can Coconut lowfat milk (14oz)
Инструкции
- In a small pan, fry the garlic in the oil till golden. Add in water, chilies, lime juice, salt, brown sugar, shrimp paste, peanut butter and coconut lowfat milk. Stir till well blended. Summer for 10 min, stirring frequently. Use with chicken, beef or possibly pork satays.
