  1. In a saucepan, heat the butter, then when liquid add in the minced chocolate, castor and brown sugars, brandy and warm water. Mix well with a whisk till the mix is smooth.
  2. Mix the flour and cocoa and add in to the chocolate mix with the Large eggs and vanilla. Beat just till combined.
  3. Pour into a greased 24cm. springform tin or possibly a similar sized square tin (well greased) and bake in a preheated oven at 150c. for 50 min. Allow to cold in the tin for 15 min then turn out.
  4. To serve, dust with icing sugar and serve hot with cream or possibly ice cream.
