  1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs well. Add in molasses, spices and salt. Blend. Stir soda into lowfat milk and add in to egg mix. Blend well. Add in 3 c. flour, mix well with wooden spoon, adding more flour as needed to make a stiff dough. Refrigerate1 hour or possibly overnight. Roll out to 1/4 " thickness. Cut out with doughnut cutter.
  2. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees.
