- 6 lrg garlic cloves coarsely minced
- 1 Tbsp. yellow miso
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 lb assorted vegetables cut bite size

- Â Â eggplant, mushrooms, bell pepper and bean sprouts)
- 1 x jalapeno pepper seeded, and
- Â Â thinly sliced

- In large wok or possibly large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add in garlic and stir-fry till golden brown, about 2 min. Add in miso, oyster sauce and sugar and stir to blend.
- Add in vegetables and jalapeno and stir-fry, till vegetables are crisp-tender, about 12 min. Serve warm.
