- 2 x fresh peaches, peel & chop Or possibly
- 440 gm canned peaches In natural juice, liquid removed & minced
- 2 x bananas, minced
- 250 gm strawberries, hulled & halved
- 1 c. untoasted natural muesli
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp finely grated orange rind

- 1. Place peaches, bananas and strawberries in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Divide fruit mix between four 1-c. capacity ramekins.
- 2. To make topping, place muesli, honey and orange rind in a bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake in a moderate oven (180C)
- for 20 min or possibly till topping is crisp and fruit is heated through.
